DPF Greenclean TruckDPF / FAP / CATALYSTS
One machine. From passenger cars to heavy-duty filters.
Clean particulate filters and catalysts in an enclosed stainless-steel chamber, with automatic or semi-automatic operation. A dedicated cartridge-cleaning module extends the machine’s capability to trucks, agricultural machinery and construction equipment.

02 / INSIDE THE MACHINE
CONTROL AT EVERY STAGEAssess the filter, select the cleaning cycle, dry it and document the result. All from the machine’s control panel.
Measure filter restriction in millibars and record its condition before cleaning.
Choose automatic cleaning with chemical dosing, or adjust the time and intensity in semi-automatic mode.
Remove residual solution with compressed air, then use hot-air, hot-injection and vacuum drying. The manufacturer states 30–60 minutes for drying; this is not the total cleaning cycle.
Print the before-and-after results with your business and vehicle details.
A recirculating system with coarse and fine filtration. No permanent water or drainage connection is required for operation.
Schedule tank heating in advance. Temperature monitoring and low-water protection support day-to-day operation.
Wi-Fi supports remote diagnostics and free automatic updates. Power-loss protection saves the current mode and resumes cleaning when power returns.

Yes. The manufacturer describes the DPF Greenclean Truck as suitable for passenger-car DPFs and catalysts, alongside heavy-duty cartridge filters. Send us your filter type and dimensions to confirm the right connection and setup.
The supplied vacuum-model brochure lists 20 connection adapters, plus cleaning concentrate and filter elements for 200 cleaning cycles. Your UK quotation will confirm the exact accessories and consumables included with your selected configuration.
The manufacturer states 30–60 minutes for the four-stage drying process, including vacuum drying. This is the drying stage only; allow additional time for diagnosis, cleaning and handling.
The standard technical sheet lists a 400 V three-phase supply. A 230 V single-phase configuration is available on request. We will confirm the electrical requirements for your selected machine before ordering.
