Assess the filter, select the cleaning cycle, dry it and document the result. All from the machine’s control panel.
Clean
Choose automatic cleaning with chemical dosing, or adjust the time and intensity in semi-automatic mode.
Dry
Remove residual solution with compressed air, then use hot-air, hot-injection and vacuum drying. The manufacturer states 30–60 minutes for drying; this is not the total cleaning cycle.
Report
Print the before-and-after results with your business and vehicle details.
Two-stage water filtration
A recirculating system with coarse and fine filtration. No permanent water or drainage connection is required for operation.
Ready for the working day
Schedule tank heating in advance. Temperature monitoring and low-water protection support day-to-day operation.
Connected control
Wi-Fi supports remote diagnostics and free automatic updates. Power-loss protection saves the current mode and resumes cleaning when power returns.

Is the TRUCK machine also suitable for car filters?
Yes. The manufacturer describes the DPF Greenclean Truck as suitable for passenger-car DPFs and catalysts, alongside heavy-duty cartridge filters. Send us your filter type and dimensions to confirm the right connection and setup.
What is included with the DPF Greenclean Truck?
The supplied vacuum-model brochure lists 20 connection adapters, plus cleaning concentrate and filter elements for 200 cleaning cycles. Your UK quotation will confirm the exact accessories and consumables included with your selected configuration.
How long does drying take?
The manufacturer states 30–60 minutes for the four-stage drying process, including vacuum drying. This is the drying stage only; allow additional time for diagnosis, cleaning and handling.
Is the DPF Greenclean Truck available with a single-phase supply?
The standard technical sheet lists a 400 V three-phase supply. A 230 V single-phase configuration is available on request. We will confirm the electrical requirements for your selected machine before ordering.
